Using Make More Songs
By creating an account or using Make More Songs, you agree to use the service responsibly and to follow these initial terms. These terms are a starting point for an early service and may be revised as the product and business develop.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use Make More Songs. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the service with permission from a parent or legal guardian. Keep your account information accurate and protect the sign-in details connected to your account.
Your content and ownership
You retain ownership of the songs, lyrics, recordings, files, and other material you add to Make More Songs. You give Make More Songs the limited permission needed to host, store, process, display, transmit, back up, and share that material at your direction so the service can work. We do not use private creative work to train artificial-intelligence systems.
Sharing and collaboration
You are responsible for the material you share and for choosing collaborators or recipients. Only share material when you have the rights and permissions needed to do so. Collaborators may be able to view or change shared work according to the permissions provided by the feature.
Pro subscriptions
Pro is offered at $10 per month or $100 per year. There are currently no trials. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe and continue on the selected billing interval until canceled. Canceling stops the next renewal, and access continues through the end of the paid period. Payments are generally non-refundable at this time; billing errors or required exceptions can be sent to hey@makemoresongs.com.
After a subscription ends
After a Pro subscription ends or is downgraded, Pro-only content may remain available in a read-only and downloadable state for one year so you can export or migrate it. After that period, content exceeding the limits of the available plan may be deleted.
Acceptable use
Do not use Make More Songs to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, distribute harmful or abusive material, interfere with the service, access another person’s account, or attempt to bypass security or plan limits.
Service changes and account termination
Make More Songs is developing and features, limits, pricing, and availability may change. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly violate these terms, create security risks, or misuse the service. You may stop using the service at any time.
